Aromatherapy Exercise when feeling stressed or anxious

1, Choose an essential oil that you love and have uplifting connections with. 

2, Open the bottle and place it a few inches below your nose.

3, Take couple of gentle breaths whilst closing your eyes.

4, Feel the aroma gently move around your system from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers, pass your belly button and gently down to your toes.

5, Ground your body and mind.  Pay a little attention to what is around you and how you feel.  Do you feel a little bit calmer, lighter and able to manage your emotions in that moment?  Just in that moment everything is all right in your world.
