Or go out with a bang and have a sole bath. It’s a very powerful detox bath. Place 1kg of Himalayan Pink Salt into your bath. Add just enough water to cover and dissolve the salt for approximately 25 – 35 minutes. Add more water when dissolved but no other ingredients and its preferable to enter the sole bath clean so you have no residues of any other products on your skin so it can do its work. Soak in the bath for 20 minutes and have a large glass of water handy to sip whilst you’re in the bath as it can be quite dehydrating. Rinse the salt water from your skin after your bath. Take care when you are getting out of the water and as its quite demanding on your circulatory system you may feel a little weak or dizzy. If you have weak or poor circulation, pregnant or just had a baby please seek medical advice before taking a sole bath. A gentler version will be to visit Jane in The Sanctuary where she will prepare a foot bath and conduct a gorgeous Indian Head massage infused with Reiki.
