Jane our founder has built a gorgeous 6-week program that encompasses self-care and wellness through resilience coaching and reflexology. It was birthed through her work with her colleagues at the hospital, her work at the University and her knowledge through her private practice. Jane delivered more than a thousand workshops to support wellbeing and is launching a positive program of help and support to help overall health and wellbeing within her private practice.
How does it work?
Firstly, its holistic and bespoke to you, your concerns, your life and your desired outcome.
Secondly, it uses behavioural therapy to see the positive changes you would like to see.
Thirdly, we simplify every area you would like to work on.
Fourthly, Jane works with your parasympathetic nervous system using essential oils, reflexology and somatic therapy.
