1, Chamomile
Soothes feelings of resentment and when you feel neglected.

It’s the happiness oil, will quickly lift your mood.
3, Bergamot
Helpful to diffuse anger and encourage compromise.
4, Lavender
Reduces stress and is shown to lower cortisol levels. Be aware that to much can be a stimulant.
5, Grapefruit
Helps the release of suppressed anger and resentment. Caution do not use if you have hypertension without seeking medical advice.
6, Ylang Ylang
Promotes positivity so will counteract a stress response.

Highest vibration of them all and is excellent for releasing hurt and betrayal.

The king of all the oils and is known for promoting peace and relaxation. Excellent choice for meditation.

Calms the mind and works with the frontal cortex to bring about clarity both physically and emotionally. Do not use if you have epilepsy.
