Proverb Skin Workout is a jowl-busting facial treatment, which is now being dubbed as a “natural facelift” and we offer 3 signature treatments. Say goodbye to the chemical Botox and hello to the ultimate cardio workout for your face. Focusing on high-intensity, anti-ageing movements involving cryo dumbbells and black obsidian Gua Sha, leaving the face feeling youthful and lifted.

 

There are three facials in the Skin Workout series depending on your requirements:

 

Skin Workout Facial (60 minutes) - £45

Get out what you put in with this specially devised high-performance facial. Our stretch therapist will warm up and prep the skin ready for the cardio section of this facial using active natural and organic ingredients - proteins, antioxidants and enzymes formulated for lab-proven results. Cross training, running, skipping and facial push presses are just some of the massage movements used to keep your jowls lifted, face plump, fine lines ironed and muscles strengthened. The treatment will conclude with a stretch and toning cool down.

 

 

Skin SUPER SET Facial & Back Stretch (90 minutes) -  £75

Adds a back scrub and targeted massage with stretch for the back, traps, neck and pecs to your Skin Workout Facial. Recommended for those who undertake long hours sitting at a desk, travelling or for extra stress relief.

 

 

Skin HIIT Facial (25 minutes)  - £30

Focusing on the cardio element of the Skin Workout, perfect for those short of time or in need of a pick me up.

Pinks Boutique Signature Facials

Pinks Boutique facials are a natural face-lift using massage techniques and pressure points encouraging lymphatic drainage that will leave your complexion visibly smoothed and bright. Using super-charged rose hip scientifically proven to reduce signs of ageing, wrinkles and sun damage. 

 

 

Pinks Boutique Anti-Ageing Facial (60 mins) -  £45

Learn how to prevent ageing from the inside and outside as our expert therapists guide you through the holistics of ageing. Each stage of the facials a sensory delight with aroma-changing water, elixir sprays and deliciously scented scrubs, masks and moisturisers in either fresh, restorative lemongrass and mandarin, the powerful anti-oxidant Japanese Ocha or skin repairing and calming Organic Rose.

 

Pinks Boutique Rose Eye Revive (25 mins) - £30

Refresh tired eyes with our cooling rose quartz eye treatment. Soothe puffiness, re-hydrate the delicate eye area whilst our exquisite rose oils relieve and relax tension headaches. The anti-inflammatory properties will leave your eye area renewed. This treatment can be added to any facial or body treatments or be stand alone with a relaxing head massage. 

 

Pinks Boutique Signature Facial (90 mins) - £75

A truly luxurious experience. We’ll welcome you with a pot of tea handpicked for your skin type, hot towels, foot soak and organic foot scrub. You’ll then be deep-cleansed, exfoliated, massaged and masked on both sides of your body. Each stage of the facials a sensory delight with aroma-changing water, elixir sprays and deliciously scented scrubs, masks and moisturisers in either fresh, restorative lemongrass and mandarin, the powerful anti-oxidant Japanese Ocha or skin repairing and calming Organic Rose.

Body Treatments

Our treatments include massage, Indian head massage,  hot stone massage, crystal massage, reflexology, and Reiki, just choose the body menu option below and our therapist will design the program for you with a bespoke consultation.

Aroma matters- Each treatment can be delivered with our 4 body systems. You have prescribed system first and then drinks/ foliage and fruit in the foot ritual bowls all match. We grate or crush in the matching fresh ingredient into the scrubs also the boosting anti oxidants for the foot bath.

An uplifting treatment tailored to your individual needs to revive you and stimulate tired, aching muscles. Using the latest clinical massage and crucially working on your back twice.  Including trigger point massage and meridian clearing using Eastern and Western massage techniques 

  

Stretch and Align (40 mins/ 60 mins) - £30/£50

A stress and tension releasing treatment. Our therapist will work on your body using long stretch movements and use your body weight to increase maneuverability.  Performed with clinical and somatic movements that will align body, soul and mind.

 

Signature Body Treatment (120mins) - £90

Tea ritual, foot bath, full body exfoliation and Power Massage including a facial. Once your taste buds have been awakened with our welcome tea, let your feet be soothed and pampered in a organic crystal soak foot bath and scrub. You’ll then enjoy the delights of our organic, sugar or salt -based, full body scrub before being cocooned in soothing, hot towels. Our powerful full body massage will relax your muscles whilst rich, organic apricot and jojoba products leave your skin silky smooth and nourished with our rich fatty acid oils. A complete mind and body encounter that takes you on a journey of the senses.
